Christian has been at Leach Rhodes Walker since 1991 and has played a major role in developing the business into its market leading position today.

 

He is a director and owner of the business. He was responsible for setting up the Romanian Office. He is based in the Manchester office but regularly travels to London to manage new projects coming out of our London office as well.

Christian is a designer and strategist. His forte is design work, and dealing with the planning application and design side. Whilst he has worked across many sectors, his specialism is in designing large scale retail, large scale residential, leisure and offices, and bringing all those strands together on mixed use schemes.

 

Christian, like the other directors is ‘hands on’, ensuring that clients see his skills remain involved in the project rather than just when he is pitching for new work.

 

He balances the aesthetics, with viability and programme, ensuring that the designs can be realised, and create lasting places and buildings that stand the test of time.
