Martin joined the practice as a trainee in 1997 and has progressed quickly through the company structure, being promoted to Project Leader in 2003, Project Director in 2012, Associate Director in 2017 and Director at the start of 2021.

 

His main role is to administer and co-ordinate architectural information, attending and leading meetings, dealing with other consultants, clients and contractors. He is also responsible for organising and managing a team of staff on a day to day basis. Martin has experience in most sectors of the industry and is comfortable working through all of the RIBA work stages.
