Implementation

Whilst being specialist concept designers LRW are organised into implementation teams to allow us to provide construction information for concepts generated from outside the practice.

We have been the construction architects for a number of major projects including the Trafford Centre for Peel Developments, Cheshire Police Headquarters for the design and building contractor, HBG (now BAM), the Imperial War Museum as local architects for Studio Daniel Libeskind and Novotel in Leeds and Reading for the design and build contractors amongst many others.

We have a reputation for providing an extremely efficient service utilising robust buildable details coupled with an ability to analyse a design with the contractor to provide best value whilst maintaining the design integrity of the concept. Our implementation projects are invariably provided on time and within budget.
