LRW are responsible for the construction of over 3 million square feet of office floor space throughout the UK in locations that range from restricted city centre sites, to Council Offices and Government Departments, to the masterplanning and development of individual units on business parks.
We have also been responsible for freestanding bespoke headquarters buildings for owners such as Kellogg’s, United Utilities, BASF and Hewlett Packard, to major PFI initiated buildings for the Tax Offices totalling 450,000sq ft, bespoke public sectors buildings such as 350,000sq ft Offices for the Cheshire Police, the NWDA HQ in Warrington, and Breeam Excellent rated buildings for the ODPM, in addition to individual offices and business parks for developers such as P&O/Bovis, BAM, Amec/Muse Developments, Eric Wright and Capital and Counties.
