KONCEPT ID WIN HOTEL OF THE YEAR AWARD!
Huge congratulations to our in-house Interior Designers KONCEPT ID on winning Hotel Project of the Year at Mixology North ‘22. This was for Radisson Red, Liverpool.
Radisson RED Liverpool , conversion of the iconic North Western Hotel, is a ten storey, grade II listed 19th century building connected to Liverpool Lime Street station. From the 1930s, the building was largely unused until John Moor’s University purchased the building in 1994 and transformed it into student halls of residence – which opened in 1996.
KONCEPT ID has transformed the building’s previous use as student accommodation into a stylish boutique hotel. The 10-storey Radisson RED hotel includes 201 guest rooms and suites, some overlooking St George’s Hall, featuring Radisson RED’s signature design-focused, bold, cutting-edge design. A 1960s-style scooter and sidecar, as well as a submarine sculpture are seen in the hotel, in honour of the city’s famous music scene and The Beatles.
The incredible efforts and dedication from our team here at KONCEPT working on this breath-taking project have not gone unnoticed and resulted in KONCEPT winning the Mixology North22 Project of the Year! Very well deserved indeed!
